The nearest car park is the Forestry Commission Car Park at Falling Foss, this is
just a short walk (5 mins) from the Tea Garden & Waterfall, it's free to park but
fills up early in the day during peak season. Often, in summer, the local farmer offers overflow parking in a field just before you get to the Forestry Commission Car Park, this makes for a longer walk (approx. 15 mins) and currently costs
£3 for the day.

Alternatively, if you're looking for a longer walk we would recommend either parking in the Village Hall at Littlebeck or in the Forestry Commission Car Park
at May Beck and walking through the woods to Falling Foss - both routes are really pretty and follow the river to the waterfall (approx. 1 mile).

Please note that as we are situated in an ancient woodland the paths are rough and uneven. Sensible footware is recommended, the terrain is challenging for those with walking difficulties and is unsuitable for push chairs and wheel chairs.
